There is no fantasy football waiver wire in the NFL playoffs - it's mostly a week to week game. Each round, you will be able to enter DFS contests, and you'll need a tight end when setting your lineups.
If you aren't in the business of shelling out top dollar amounts for your tight ends in daily leagues, then you've come to the right place. Below are my lesser owned Divisional Round DFS options for DraftKings.
Let's get to it. Good luck with your DFS lineups RotoBallers.

Divisional Round DFS Tight Ends
While last week only had Travis Kelce at the top, this week gives you Rob Gronkowski as the clear cut best option, but also Zach Ertz at a considerably cheaper price than Gronk. I do believe that you have to go with Gronk or Ertz this week if you want to compete. However, if you're looking for one of the cheaper options, there are darts to be thrown.
You absolutely cannot go with Delanie Walker ($5,000) or Kyle Rudolph ($4,700) at their prices. They cost about double the dart throw options and they aren't far enough away from Ertz to justify not just going with Ertz. Gronk only averaged 2.2 more ppg than Ertz, yet is only $1,300 more than Ertz. Meanwhile, Ertz averaged 3.5 ppg more than Walker and 4.8 more than Rudolph, yet is just $800 more than Walker and $1,100 more than Rudolph. Ertz is the best value this week. But here are the alternatives.
Josh Hill (TE, NO) - $2,600 on DraftKings
Xavier Rhodes will be locking down Michael Thomas and Ted Ginn can't do everything. Josh Hill is basically a touchdown gamble, but it would have paid off last week and the odds of it happening again aren't much different. Hill is not a high percentage play, but at his cost, he will give you flexibility with the rest of your lineup and if he does hit paydirt again, so might you in your overall contest.
Vance McDonald (TE, PIT) - $2,500 on DraftKings
This is the type of pick that can pay huge dividends or literally give you a zero in your lineup. He's dirt cheap - literally as cheap as you can get - and he hasn't been all that bad. Vance McDonald's final three games of the season (not counting week 17 where no one played), 9.6, 9.2, and 9.2 fantasy points. If you can get close to double digit fantasy points from a player costs the minimum, it's a huge boost to your overall lineup. McDonald is kind of punting the position without actually punting it.
