ANALYSIS: With Frank Gore aging and no longer able to maintain a full workload, Marlon Mack appears to have secured a good chunk of the touches in Indianapolis’ backfield, and he makes for one of the more appealing waiver wire pickups this week. The rookie out of South Florida took nine carries for 91 yards and a touchdown against the 49ers. The Colts’ schedule gets a bit tougher going forward, but for a week in which LeSean McCoy, Joe Mixon, Ezekiel Elliott and [insert current Seattle running back] are on bye, Mack’s upside makes him a worthwhile flex option — or even an RB2 in deeper leagues — versus the Titans.
