Rob Gronkowski Eyes Indianapolis for Another Big Performance

In the NFL, it’s nearly impossible to put up jaw-dropping numbers each and every week. That said, throughout the course of Rob Gronkowski’s six-season career, when not injured, he’s managed to do just that.

Seriously, with a quarter of the NFL’s regular season having come and gone, the talented tight end is on pace to have an 80/1,500/16 kind of season.

However, Gronkowski’s Week 5 performance against the battered Dallas Cowboys was fairly pedestrian—considering his high standards, at least. Catching 4 of 5 targets for a total of 67 yards, not much was needed from Gronkowski for his team to nab a 30 to 6 victory over the Cowboys.

For fantasy owners, this blip of a performance needn’t cause any worries. Truthfully, not only was little required of Gronkowski to put the Cowboys in their place, but the Patriots have bigger, stronger opponents on the horizon.

Next, though struggling in their own right, New England faces Indianapolis to hopefully put an end to the Deflategate debacle out on the field. Needless to say, as is the case just about every week, fantasy owners should expect big things from Gronkowski.
