6 mins agoSNY's Connor Hughes writes that there's plenty of buzz around the league right now regarding Ryan Grigson becoming the New York Jets' next general manager, with Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores becoming the next coach and Vikings quarterbacks coach Josh McCown becoming the next offensive coordinator. A source with the Vikings said that's been talked about in their building. It's just speculation right now, as the Jets' front-office executives in charge of the GM and head-coaching search are keeping things close to the vest. In addition to Flores, Detroit Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn is a top candidate for the head-coach gig, although he's also the favorite to land the head-coaching position with the New Orleans Saints. Flores has previous head-coaching experience and could be a perfect candidate to change the culture in New York.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
