Jayden Daniels Carries QB1 Upside In Wild-Card Round
6 mins agoWashington Commanders rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels exceeded all expectations this season and looks to stay hot in Tampa Bay on Sunday night. Over his previous five full games (excluding Week 18), the LSU product has averaged a stellar 34.0 PPR points per game. During this span, Daniels has averaged over 300 all-purpose yards while scoring 17 total scores. He threw just two interceptions over this span. Daniels was on the injury report earlier this week with a quadriceps injury but was able to log three straight full practices and avoid a designation. Daniels faced the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during the first week of the season and scored 30.0 PPR points as he threw for 184 yards and added 88 yards and two scores on the ground. Given how well he has progressed as a passer, Daniels carries elite QB1 upside this weekend. He is a top play in DFS facing the Buccaneers, who have allowed the third-most PPR points to opposing QBs.
