New York Rangers goaltender Igor Shesterkin (upper body) will return from a four-game absence on Thursday against New Jersey. He's set to log his 28th start of the campaign, looking to improve an 11-15-1 record. Shesterkin won eight of his first 13 starts of the season, but things have fallen apart for the Rangers over the last couple of months. In December, Shesterkin added just three wins to his tally, going 3-7-0. He has posted a 3.10 goals-against average and a .906 save percentage, both of which are his career-worst numbers. A meeting with a strong Devils team that averages 3.19 goals might not end well for Shesterkin either.--Taavi Pailk
