ANALYSIS: DeVante Parker has a history of injuries, but he should still debut early in the season. His size and speed, combined with his college production -- 140 yards per game over six games as a senior -- make him a solid weapon.
Should Ryan Tannehill take another step forward this year, Parker could be a star, despite the pass-catching talent around him. A player with Parker's potential is a steal late in the draft.
