BALLER MOVE: Target in Late Rounds in PPR Leagues
CURRENT ADP: 245 STD, 254 PPR
ANALYSIS: In 2014, Andrew Hawkins saw at least eight targets in eight of the first nine games in which he played-- totaling 45 receptions, 601 yards and two touchdowns. Over a full season, that would be a line of 80-1,070-3. While this line is unlikely, a more reasonable expectation is probably 70-900-3.
Josh Gordon is gone, but the Browns added Brian Hartline and Dwayne Bowe at wide receiver, although they shouldn't pose a threat to the role Hawkins has played in Cleveland. Additionally, the Browns have another new starting quarterback in Josh McCown, who could very well be an upgrade from Brian Hoyer.
Hawkins can be a very consistent and reliable receiver, and should provide solid value in deeper leagues and PPR leagues.
