If you had started Texans WR Noah Brown (6-153-1) and Ravens RB Keaton Mitchell (9-138-1) in Week 9, you would have won your week and might have finished as the highest scorer in your league.
Sleepers can come out of nowhere to have huge weeks. Mitchell, for example, had only played a couple of snaps and did not have a single carry before his breakout. Others, like Brown's explosion in the absence of Nico Collins, made sense in retrospect, even if most people didn't see them coming at the time.
It's hard to predict who will suddenly come out of nowhere and have a top-10 finish. If it were easy, everyone would do it, and they wouldn't be surprised. I don't know if these 10 sleepers will all hit, and I am sure I will miss some, but here are some sleeper candidates for Week 11.

Who Will Be A Breakout RB Sleeper In Week 11?
Tyson Chandler, RB, MIN
In his first game after Cam Akers injured his Achilles, Ty Chandler ran for 45 yards and scored a touchdown against the Saints in Week 10. Alexander Mattison left the game with a concussion, which resulted in Chandler being the leading rusher.
Mattison is still in concussion protocol, and players often miss the next week. For the Vikings, that is against a shaky Broncos defense that is allowing more points to RBs than any other team.
Devin Singletary, RB, HOU
The Texans face the Arizona Cardinals in Week 11. The Cardinals have allowed 22.1 fantasy points to opposing RBs each week. That's the third-most. Singletary rushed for a career-high 150 yards with Dameon Pierce (ankle) out. Singletary had been seeing more carries even before Pierce's injury occurred in Week 8. He saw 12 carries in Week 6.
Rico Dowdle, RB, DAL
Dowdle has been praised for "running so angry" and "looking better than Tony Pollard." Pollard hasn't been treated as a bell cow this season, and Dowdle could be a beneficiary, especially if he gets the goalline carries like Ezekiel Elliot did last season.
Who Will Be A Breakout WR Sleeper In Week 11?
Skyy Moore, WR, KC
Moore hasn't put up the sky-high numbers that some hoped he would this season. For the second straight year, he's been a bust. Patrick Mahomes throws the ball around to different players, and the Chiefs are facing the Philadelphia Eagles, who are allowing the most receptions and the most PPR points to opposing wide receivers.
Nelson Agholor, WR, BAL
Agholor's upcoming opponent, the Cincinnati Bengals, allowed 172 receiving yards to Noah Brown last week. Overall, they are allowing more points to opposing WRs than average. Agholor caught five passes for 63 yards and a touchdown in the Ravens' Week 2 victory over the Bengals.
Quentin Johnston, WR, LAC
With Keenan Allen banged up (but likely to play) and Joshua Palmer likely not to play, the Chargers' first-round rookie has a chance to finally break out.
Rondale Moore, WR, ARI
Moore had been a favorite target of Kyler Murray. Without Murray, he has been disappointing all season up until last week. Last week, he still didn't do great, but his five catches and 43 yards were season-highs. With his speed, Moore can break a big play.
Who Will Be A Breakout QB Sleeper In Week 11?
Bailey Zappe, QB, NE
Zappe is likely to start in Week 11 after Mac Jones was benched. Zappe has not thrown more than nine attempts this season, but last season, he exploded for 309 yards in one of the two games he did start and threw more than 20 passes. Zappe is one of the more unlikely sleepers. He hasn't played well, but quarterbacks have a lot of volatility in one-game samples.
Tommy Devito, QB, NYG
The Washington Commanders are allowing 264.3 yards per game, the fourth-most in the league, and the Giants always beat the Commanders. The Giants' usual starter, Daniel Jones, has thrown 10 touchdown passes in seven games against Washington, which is twice as many as he has thrown against any other opponent. The Giants might just have the Commanders' number.
Aidan O'Connell, QB, LV
The Raiders play against the Dolphins, and the Raiders have been playing better under their new coach, Antonio Pierce. They will have to throw the ball a lot to keep up with the high-octane Fins offense. Even if AOC doesn't play well, he could have enough volume to pad his passing stats.
