Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (quad) is earning a reputation amongst fantasy managers for being one of the most injury-prone players at his position in the NFL. It's an unfortunate circumstance for him, as he also happens to be one of the better receivers in the league.
Cincinnati's offense has looked much worse without him in the lineup, and the results have been seen on the scoreboard. They put up 33 points against the Washington Commanders, 34 against the Carolina Panthers, and 41 against the Baltimore Ravens with Higgins in the lineup.
So when will he return to play, and what's his fantasy football outlook for the remainder of 2024?

Tee Higgins Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Bengals head coach Zac Taylor isn't someone anyone wants to look to for reassurance on player injuries. He typically hides the truth behind a thick layer of coach-speak, and this week's situation with Higgins is no different. He provided an "update," if you want to call it that.

At least there was no word that he would miss an extended period of time. Fantasy managers have a reason for optimism -- it's unlikely that he will miss a significant number of games. A return between Weeks 9-10 seems likely.
Tee Higgins Fantasy Football Outlook
When he's healthy, he puts up elite WR numbers and should be considered a high-end WR2. It's frustrating to see such a good player miss time due to things that are out of his control, but that's the way the NFL works. At least he's a fantastic player for managers when he's on the field.

He should continue putting up something close to his fantastic numbers when he returns. He scored 12.0, 29.30, 14.7, and 18.2 points in a four-game stretch from Weeks 4-7. He was targeted 10, 14, seven, and eight times over that stretch, so his performances were not flukes.
Lock him in to your starting lineups when he returns. He has league-winning upside if he can get his body right.
