Pittsburgh Steelers tight end Pat Freiermuth has been a disappointment for fantasy football owners this season as he has been dealing with a hamstring injury since Week 4 and was recently placed on injured reserve after Week 6.
Freiermuth has missed the last three games while on injured reserve, but he could be ready to make his season return soon.

Pat Freiermuth Injury Update for Fantasy Football
Freiermuth (hamstring) is still on injured reserve but plans to resume practicing next week and hopes to be ready when first eligible to play Week 11 against the Cleveland Browns.
Pat Freiermuth Fantasy Football Outlook
Through Freiermuth's first four games this season, he's received just 13 targets and he has caught eight of them for 53 total yards and two touchdowns. Freiermuth has found the end-zone but hasn't been able to produce outside of that.
The Steelers offense has looked out of sync all year and with quarterback Kenny Pickett having just six throwing touchdowns this season, it's hard to imagine Freiermuth returning and becoming an instant starter in your lineup. However, Freiermuth has shown promise in the past, so his production in Week 11, if he returns, will be one to monitor.
Freiermuth's first game back could tell us a lot about his rest-of-season outlook. The expectation is that the tight end will return to the field in Week 11 in Cleveland.
