San Francisco Giants second baseman Tommy La Stella (back) was a late scratch from Tuesday's lineup, according to Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle. La Stella was scratched due to upper back tightness, and Wilmer Flores will get the start at second now and bat third against Yu Darvish and the Padres.
