Welington Castillo Remains Day-To-Day
Chicago White Sox catcher Welington Castillo (knee) remains day-to-day with a sore knee. Castillo is out for his second consecutive game and said his knee felt sore after the team flight. Infielder Tyler Saladino will operate as the team’s emergency catcher and Omar Narvaez will continue to start behind the plate.

Chicago White Sox catcher Welington Castillo (knee) remains sidelined Thursday evening. It will be his second straight game missed with a sore right knee. Omar Narvaez will once again be behind the plate and will bat eighth. Castillo remains day-to-day.
Chris Volstad Promoted By White Sox
The Chicago White Sox have promoted pitcher Chris Volstad to the big league roster. Volstad, 31, is a career journeyman and holds a career 4.92 ERA over 725 innings. He can be avoided in all formats.
Carlos Rodon Transferred To 60-Day Disabled List
Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Carlos Rodon (shoulder) has been transferred to the 60-day disabled list. Rodon continues to rehab from shoulder surgery and his initial timeline to return is around June. Rodon remains worthy of a stash in all leagues and could help impact fantasy owners pitching staffs in the second half.
