New Orleans Pelicans power forward Nikola Mirotic (hip) will be available Tuesday night against the Portland Trail Blazers. Mirotic came into Tuesday designated as questionable with a hip ailment, but his availability confirms the injury was not serious. Emeka Okafor will still start, but Mirotic's return cuts into Okafor's and Cheick Diallo's potential minutes.
