Jason Kipnis Not in Monday's Starting Lineup

Cleveland Indians second baseman Jason Kipnis (neck) was not in the starting lineup for Monday's game. Kipnis also sat out Sunday's game due to a neck injury. Erik Gonzalez, who has been playing far better baseball than Kipnis all season anyway, is getting his second consecutive start at second base.
