Zach Davies To Miss "Weeks"
2 years agoArizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Zach Davies (oblique) exited Saturday's game against the Dodgers. The 30-year-old logged 4 1/3 innings, surrendering five runs while walking four before getting pulled because of an oblique strain. Davies is likely heading for the injured list, with skipper Torey Lovullo stating the righty will miss "weeks." Lovullo also indicated there are "a lot of options on the table" regarding his replacement, including Drey Jameson, who is currently sitting on a 2-0 record and a 2.16 ERA in 8 1/3 innings.
