5 years agoThe Chicago White Sox placed third baseman Yoan Moncada (hamstring) on the injured list on Wednesday after an MRI exam showed a Grade 1 hamstring strain. It's a blow for fantasy owners and the White Sox, as Moncada is having a breakout season with a slash line of .301/.358/.535 with 20 home runs, 58 runs, 59 RBI and seven stolen bases in his 372 at-bats. Keep him stashed everywhere and hope that he can return in a few weeks. Ryan Goins should see most of the playing time in Moncada's absence and is a candidate to be added in AL-only leagues in the meantime.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
