6 years agoUpdating a previous report, X-rays on Cleveland Indians third baseman Jose Ramirez (knee) came back negative on Sunday after he fouled a pitch off his left knee. The All-Star third baseman was carted off the field in the spring game in the third inning against the White Sox. There is no immediate timetable for his return, however, and he was diagnosed with a left knee contusion. While Ramirez's status for Opening Day on Thursday might be in danger, it doesn't look like he'll miss significant time. He's RotoBaller's No. 3 overall fantasy option after he hit .270/.387/.552 with 39 home runs, 110 runs, 105 RBI and 34 steals in 2018.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
