X-Rays Negative For Mike Moustakas
5 years agoMilwaukee Brewers third baseman Mike Moustakas' (wrist) X-rays came back negative on Monday after he was hit in the wrist/hand with a hard line drive on defense, but he's sore and is "unlikely" to play on Tuesday, according to manager Craig Counsell. The Brewers and fantasy owners can breathe a sigh of relief for Moose, as he could be back in the lineup by Wednesday. The 30-year-old has been hitting the ball very well all year, slashing .263/.334/.528 with 28 doubles, 31 homers, 71 runs scored and 76 RBI in 515 plate appearances for the Brew Crew. As soon as he returns to the lineup, get him back into your starting lineups.
