Tyler Skaggs Might Not Be Stretched Out By Opening Day
6 years agoLos Angeles Angels starting pitcher Tyler Skaggs (forearm) threw 50 pitches in a minor league game on Friday and will start again on Wednesday in either a minor league game or a Cactus League game. The left-hander might not be stretched out for the start of the season, but he's likely to be in the rotation to begin the year. Skaggs has strikeout upside and is a top-of-the-rotation arm for the Halos, but he must prove his health to fantasy owners before he's owned in all mixed leagues.
