5 years agoThe St. Louis Cardinals activated outfielder Tyler O'Neill (wrist) from the 10-day injured list on Friday and placed outfielder Lane Thomas (wrist) on the injured list with a right wrist fracture in a corresponding move. O'Neill will return to a .279/.316/.434 slash line with five home runs and 16 RBI in just 129 at-bats this year. In an outfield that already features Marcell Ozuna, Dexter Fowler and Harrison Bader, O'Neill will only play a part-time role, at best, the rest of the way. That'll limit his fantasy appeal to NL-only leagues most likely.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
