Tyler Lockett Added To Injury Report, Listed As DNP
1 month agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett (knee) was added to the team's Week 7 injury report on Thursday after he missed practice with a knee injury. Mid-week additions to the injury report are usually never a good thing, so Lockett's status for the Week 7 contest against the Atlanta Falcons this Sunday is firmly up in the air. We'll have a better idea of how serious the 32-year-old's knee injury is based on his status on the final injury report on Friday. If Lockett is unavailable this weekend, second-year wideout Jaxon Smith-Njigba will basically become a must-start for fantasy managers in a game that could be a shootout in Atlanta. The emergence of Smith-Njigba has made Lockett more of a volatile, touchdown-dependent WR4/flex in fantasy on a weekly basis. Through six weeks in 2024, Lockett is the WR31 in half-PPR scoring.
