5 years agoLos Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee (lung) was sent to the hospital as a precaution on Sunday after suffering a chest injury in the Week 2 win over the Saints, according to sources. His injury turned out to be to his lung and it caused him to cough up blood. Higbee could miss some time, but he's not expected to be out for long. Higbee caught two of his three targets for 21 yards before departing, and Gerald Everett stepped in for three catches for 21 yards on five targets after he left. If Higbee misses any time, Everett will purely be a low-end, touchdown-dependent TE2 in an offense with a whole lot of other mouths to feed.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
