Tyler Boyd Placed On Injured Reserve
6 years agoThe Cincinnati Bengals placed wide receiver Tyler Boyd (knee) on Injured Reserve on Friday. Boyd suffered a knee sprain in Week 15 and was unlikely to make it back to close out the season. His third season in the NFL was his best, setting career highs across the board in catches (76), targets (108), receiving yards (1,028) and touchdowns (seven). The 24-year-old should remain a big part of the offense next season. John Ross, Josh Malone, Cody Core and Alex Erickson will be the top wideouts in the season finale. Ross is a weak touchdown-dependent WR4/flex, while the others can be ignored.
