Trae Young Runs The Show Against Indiana
3 years agoAtlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young extended his 30-point streak and handed out 10 assists in Wednesday's 114-111 win over the Pacers. He scored 33 points on 13-for-27 shooting, making three of his 10 shots from deep. Young got close to a triple-double as well, collecting eight rebounds. He snatched two steals and recorded four turnovers in 37 minutes. The 23-year-old has now scored at least 30 points in five consecutive outings. The Hawks have finally hit their form after a slow start to the season, and it promises to bring more success for Young. He finishes the week with a pair of difficult matchups against Philadelphia and Charlotte, two teams that have played very good defense against opposing point guards this season.
