Tom Brady's Deal With Buccaneers Becomes Official
5 years agoThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers and quarterback Tom Brady announced on Friday that he's signed a two-year deal worth $50 million guaranteed with up to $4.5 million each year in incentives. Brady said goodbye to the Patriots earlier this week, leaving behind a team that he won six Super Bowls with over 20 years. Mike Evans and Chris Godwin will give Brady the best receiver duo he's had in years. There are questions about Brady's arm strength entering his age-43 season, but his improved supporting cast from what he worked with in 2019 should help him bounce back in 2020. Brady can surely still have big games despite his age, but fantasy owners shouldn't overpay for him as a high-end QB1.
