Texans Finalizing Deal For Demaryius Thomas
6 years agoThe Houston Texans are finalizing a deal to acquire wide receiver Demaryius Thomas from the Denver Broncos in exchange for a mid-round pick, according to sources. While Thomas leads the league in drops and has just one 100-yard game on the season, this trade should significantly boost his value as the No. 2 in Houston's passing game behind DeAndre Hopkins. It also hurts rookie Keke Coutee's (hamstring) rest-of-season upside, as he'll likely remain as the third option once he's over his latest hamstring injury. Back in Denver, Courtland Sutton will step into a much bigger role and now should be owned in all fantasy leagues.
