Terrance Williams Facing Suspension
6 years agoDallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrance Williams is facing a suspension from the league in the range of two to four games, according to sources. Since no decision has been reached at this stage, it's unlikely the NFL will take any action before the team's Week 3 game against the Seahawks. The potential suspension stems from an episode in May when Williams was arrested for public intoxication, and it's part of the reason why the team signed Brice Butler earlier in the week. Williams has been a non-factor in real football and fantasy through two weeks, catching just two passes on three targets for 18 yards. Allen Hurns and rookie Michael Gallup have yet to step up outside of Cole Beasley as the leading receiver in this struggling receiver group. Deonte Thompson should have more opportunities if Williams is suspended, but he doesn't warrant a waiver addition.
