Ted Ginn Ruled Out For Monday Night
6 years agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Ted Ginn (knee) has been ruled out for Monday night's game against the Redskins. Ginn has two touchdowns through four weeks but hasn't done a whole lot else besides that for fantasy owners. With him out, it will open up opportunities for rookie Tre'Quan Smith and Cameron Meredith against Washington. Meredith has been slow to contribute in his first season in New Orleans, but his role is growing and he should be able to secure the No. 2 job behind Michael Thomas eventually. Both Smith and Meredith are WR4/flex options this weekend. Smith has the more immediate intrigue because of his upside, but Meredith might be the better bet over the course of the rest of the regular season.
