3 years agoMinnesota Twins relief pitcher Taylor Rogers (finger) left his outing on Monday against the Detroit Tigers with a left middle finger sprain. Rogers threw a wild pitch and immediately walked off the field, so there's a good chance this injury will require a trip to the injured list for the left-hander. The 30-year-old was an All-Star for the first time this year and has a 3.35 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and excellent strikeout (35.5 percent) and walk rates (4.8 percent), but he's recorded just nine saves on a bad Twins team this year. Fantasy managers need to plan for Rogers to be on the shelf for a little while, at the very least.
