Taijuan Walker Going For MRI
6 years agoArizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Taijuan Walker (elbow, shoulder) will head for an MRI exam after dealing with right shoulder soreness in the second inning of his rehab outing at extended spring training. Walker is rehabbing from Tommy John surgery, so he might not be able to return until some point in the second half of the season now. The 26-year-old was expected to be an option for the team's rotation at some point in June. Those in redraft leagues can take a wait-and-see approach with Walker before adding him for starting pitching help if/when he returns.
