Surgery A Last Resort For Jarvis Landry
5 years agoCleveland Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry (hip) said that he'd be out six to eight months if he were to undergo hip surgery. With a surgery likely wiping out his entire offseason, a procedure will be a last resort. Landry had his first 1,000-yard season with the Browns in 2019 and a career-high 1,174 yards and six touchdowns on 83 receptions. He was the better fantasy receiver than teammate Odell Beckham Jr. out of the slot, and Landry should remain a strong WR2/3 in PPR leagues if he continues to play in every game. If he were to have surgery, his fantasy stock would surely drop, as he'd be in danger of missing the start of the regular season.
