Stephen Curry Scores 37 Points In Thursday's Loss
4 years agoGolden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry overcame a quiet start to post another 30-point game on Thursday against Minnesota, but his 37 points on 11-for-27 shooting weren't enough to get avoid a 126-114 loss. Curry's three-ball didn't drop early in the game, but he had a 16-point third quarter and finished with a decent 6-for-17 effort from deep in the end. He dished out eight assists and recorded six rebounds with two steals and three turnovers. Curry was a one-man wrecking crew in April, averaging over 37 points per game with 46.6 percent shooting from deep. He will start the new month with a favorable matchup against a poor Rockets team on Saturday.
