Spencer Dinwiddie Leads Wizards With 27 Points
3 years agoWashington Wizards point guard Spencer Dinwiddie scored a team-high 27 points on 8-for-20 shooting in Monday's 105-100 win over New Orleans. He shot 4-for-8 from deep and 7-for-8 at the line while dishing out nine assists with five rebounds, two steals and one turnover in 34 minutes. Dinwiddie has now scored 20-plus points in back-to-back games, with Bradley Beal (personal) missing both. The former Net had also registered double-doubles in consecutive outings period to Monday, so he's producing some hot stuff right now. Beal is expected to be available for Wednesday's matchup against Charlotte and it will be interesting to see how Dinwiddie responds. It's a perfect matchup for DFS managers, with the Hornets playing an up-tempo style but struggling on defense.
