5 years agoLos Angeles Angels designated hitter Shohei Ohtani (finger) is not in the starting lineup on Thursday. Ohtani left the game earlier this week after being hit by a pitch, but he played on Tuesday. The Angels are likely just giving Ohtani a little breather before the weekend. Mike Trout is serving as the designated hitter and is batting second, while David Fletcher is in left field and is hitting leadoff against Twins starting pitcher Martin Perez. Both Trout and Fletcher would be more than acceptable DFS selections on Thursday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
