Sergei Bobrovsky Gets Back Into Action Versus Penguins
3 years agoFlorida Panthers goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky will make his first appearance of the month in Thursday's clash with the Penguins. The Russian netminder missed a pair of games with a lower-body injury before returning as a backup for Spencer Knight in Tuesday's 7-3 loss to New Jersey. Bobrovsky has already beaten Pittsburgh once this season, and he carries a perfect 6-0-0 record with a 1.72 goals-against average and a .948 save percentage. The Panthers have taken back-to-back losses with Knight between the pipes, but they have looked very strong early in the season and should be ready to get back on track.
