6 years agoNew York Jets rookie quarterback Sam Darnold (foot) is dealing with a sprained foot and is week-to-week, according to a source. Darnold will not play in Week 10 against the Bills, but it might be a blessing in disguise, as he's been awful in the last three games and tossed four interceptions in an ugly loss to Miami in Week 9. Darnold has predictably struggled in a bad offense in his rookie year, but he'll return under center when he's healthy enough. He's really only a stash candidate in dynasty/keeper leagues. Veteran Josh McCown will step in for at least one week, but he's a low-end QB2 option against a sneaky good Buffalo secondary.
