5 years agoThe New Orleans Saints are close to finalizing a new deal with quarterback Drew Brees, and it could be completed as soon as Tuesday. Brees announced that he would return for another go at it in 2020, but that it would only come with the Saints. He's expected to give the franchise a hometown discount to play for one last season. The future Hall of Famer missed some games with a freak finger injury in 2019 and looked to have lost some of his arm strength, but he still has excellent weapons in New Orleans and should at least be a low-end QB1 target for fantasy owners despite his age.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
