5 years agoThe New Orleans Saints agreed to a two-year deal worth roughly $50 million with quarterback Drew Brees on Tuesday, according to a source. This was inevitable after Brees announced he would return for another season, but only with the Saints. The future Hall of Famer took a below-market deal to get one more shot at a Super Bowl run in 2020. The 41-year-old missed time with an injured finger and showed some diminishing arm strength last season, but he still has what it takes to lead this team deep into the playoffs, and he can still be a solid QB1, albeit without the sky-high upside, for fantasy owners. In just 11 games in 2019, Brees had 27 touchdowns and only four interceptions.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
