4 years agoHouston Astros relief pitcher Ryan Pressly (finger) should return to action on Saturday. A blister on his right index finger kept Pressly from pitching in Tuesday's intrasquad game, but it sounds like it's not a big deal and shouldn't keep him from being ready on Opening Day. The right-handed reliever was already worthwhile in deep mixed leagues and leagues that count holds for his strikeout rate and ratios, as he's developed into one of the best relievers in baseball. On top of it, closer Roberto Osuna has yet to throw off a mound in camp and might not be ready for Opening Day. At the very least, Pressly is a strong handcuff for those that draft Osuna, and he might be the team's primary option for the ninth inning early in the season as well.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
