Ross Stripling May Pitch In Relief
6 years agoWith Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Kenta Maeda in the rotation to begin the year, it could mean that Ross Stripling will begin the season in the bullpen. Stripling made his first All-Star team last year by going 8-6 with a 3.02 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and career-high 10.0 K/9 in 33 outings (21 starts). He did most of his damage in the second half and was moved to a bullpen role late in the season. He has appeal for rotation depth in fantasy in deep mixed leagues if he's starting, but he can avoided if he's coming out of the bullpen in LA.
