5 years agoTexas Rangers first baseman Ronald Guzman and second baseman Rougned Odor are not in the starting lineup on Friday against Royals left-handed starting pitcher Danny Duffy. Logan Forsythe will start at first and bat sixth, while Danny Santana is hitting eighth and starting at the keystone. Forsythe and Santana will both be low-priced DFS sleepers in a good hitting environment. Forsythe has hit well this year and is batting .300 (12-for-40) against southpaws, although he has yet to go deep against one this year. Santana has been a pleasant surprise with the bat as a utility player but is hitting .182 (4-for-22) with 11 strikeouts against southpaws.
