Four Patriots Playmakers Are Questionable
6 years agoNew England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski (ankle), rookie running back Sony Michel (knee) and wide receivers Josh Gordon (hamstring) and Chris Hogan (thigh) were all limited in practice on Friday and are questionable for Week 6 against the Chiefs on Sunday night. Hogan is really the only player in doubt, but even he should be fine to suit up. Gronk is a top-three tight end in an excellent matchup against a weak KC pass defense. Michel has RB1 upside as the main runner in this backfield. Gordon has seen his snaps limited in his first few games with New England, so he remains more of a boom/bust WR3. Hogan just hasn't gotten going this year, and it'll be tough to do so with so many mouths to feed in this offense. He's a shaky WR4/flex play, but the opportunity is there for a big game if he plays.
