Rob Gronkowski Should Be Able To Play In Week 8
6 years agoNew England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski (back) dealt with painful back spasms last Friday, which ultimately kept him out of Week 7 against the Bears. He spent a considerable amount of time alleviating his issues over the weekend, and a team source thinks it's a short-term thing. Gronk should be able to play next Monday night against the Bills, but given his injury history, this is worth monitoring. Dwayne Allen stepped in for Gronk but didn't see a single target in the win. Gronkowski could be questionable again, which will make him pretty risky with the game being on Monday. If he plays, he'll be a top-three fantasy tight end.
