Rich Hill To Throw Simulated Game Friday
6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Rich Hill (knee) is scheduled to throw a three- or four-inning simulated game in Los Angeles on Friday, and a rehab start would be the next step after that. Hill has been feeling good lately, but the Dodgers won't rush him back. The 39-year-old left-hander could still make his season debut before the end of the month, too, if he avoids setbacks in his rehab start(s). He doesn't have incredible upside at this point in his career, but he can surely be serviceable in mixed leagues with a great offense backing him. Pick him up and stash him now if he's available and you're in need of pitching.
