Redskins Signing Randy Moss' Son
5 years agoThe Washington Redskins are signing former LSU tight end Thaddeus Moss, according to a source. He's the son of Hall of Fame wide receiver Randy Moss and went undrafted. Moss' physical at the combine showed a Jones fracture in his right foot that required surgery, and his inability to visit teams for follow-up exams during the coronavirus pandemic hurt him. The Redskins didn't draft a tight end and have Jeremy Sprinkle and Richard Rodgers atop the depth chart at the position, so Moss' signing is notable. He'll need to get healthy and prove he can stay on the field first, though, before he has any aspirations of making the leap in 2020.
