Redskins Receiving Calls On No. 2 Pick
5 years agoThe Washington Redskins have begun to receive calls from teams interested in trading up for the second overall pick in Thursday's first round of the draft, according to sources. The Redskins aren't intent on moving out of the pick and are expected to go with Ohio State defensive end Chase Young if they stay in that spot, but they are listening and teams are trying to lay the groundwork for a trade. Washington might be tempted to pull the trigger if a team gives them an offer they can't refuse. Any team willing to trade up might be desperate for one of Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa or Oregon's Justin Herbert under center.
