6 years agoThe Texas Rangers placed first baseman Ronald Guzman (hamstring) on the 10-day injured list before their 7-2 loss to the Angels on Sunday. Manager Chris Woodward said that Guzman has a moderate Grade 2 strain of his right hamstring and will miss three to four weeks. Logan Forsythe and rookie Patrick Wisdom will share duties at first base, with Forsythe being the one to target in AL-only leagues. Joey Gallo will remain in left field. Guzman was 6-for-26 (.231) with two home runs and four RBI in the early going. He's not a must-hold in deeper mixed leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
