6 years agoThe Texas Rangers could be close to trading closer Keone Kela, as teams in touch with them get a sense that he could be moved soon, according to sources. Kela doesn't become a free agent until after the 2020 season, so the Rangers could get a nice return of prospects for him. He sports a 3.28 ERA, 1.09 WHIP, 10.9 K/9 and 23 saves for the last-place Rangers. However, his fantasy value is likely to take a big hit with a trade to a contender that will likely use him as a setup man. If he's dealt, Jose Leclerc might become the favorite for saves in Texas, although Jake Diekman or Cory Gearrin could be involved, too.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
