6 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder Randal Grichuk (face) left the game early on Sunday after taking a stool to the face during a slide in foul territory. Grichuk struck out twice in two plate appearances before departing. It's unknown how serious his injury is at this time, so check back later for updates. Grichuk has been hot of late, hitting .286 with two homers and four RBI in seven games this month entering Sunday, although he's also struck out 12 times. Grichuk can be an all-or-nothing fantasy commodity but is worth riding when he's hot in deeper leagues for his power.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
